@mattpocockuk Also, having a custom messaging protocol so that any agent in any herdr tab knows how to contact it's superior. Also, the same protocol makes it so the orchestration agent monitor its own context, and creates its own handoff and successor in new tab when approaching the dumb zone

@mattpocockuk I am now having sonnet 5 as a middle manager managing opus 5 implementer, forcing it to rephrase before any escalation to the Fable orchestrator. With herdr it looks like that: In a new tab, Fable spawns a new 2 panes pair manager/implementer and brief them on the objectives.

@mattpocockuk So true! And with some plumbing, my agents invoques sessions in new tabs when they needs them (and even spawning their own handoff when approaching the dumb zone), talk to each other using herdr cli, I literally just speak, and things gets done.
