@geekitarian You are correct. This is especially challenging in a Tesla Model 3. The 'light touch' needs to be extremely light for it to not be registered as a non-light touch.

@TexasVC @hagilani I've used a Jura for the past two years. The least expensive model is fine - otherwise you're paying for a better UI. It's really easy, consistent, but yields maybe A- results. I use the Aeropress when I want a great cup and have the time.

Why is it OK for United in-flight wifi to be so flaky? Captive customers who are mostly just expensing it?

Savannah Airport @Hertz is a nightmare. Took four hours to get our rental. Waited in line for two hours to supposedly get put on a waiting list for cars, but our agent wasn't actually adding people to list. Manager discovers this and then runs away to parking lot.
