@christinamartin Had forgotten about the existence of Bid TV and predecessor Bid Up TV. Half the fun of tuning in was seeing the berserk opening pricings. "Nobody's coming in yet for the Casio Calculator at £4,000..."
7 eras. 1 love. 💔 Watch the trailer for #Timestalker and get ready for @AliceLowe's “triumph of the imagination” (@LWLies). Coming to UK & Ireland cinemas October 11.
@livescore Morning. I think there's a bug in your Championship table in the app. Both All and Away tabs are showing that Sheffield United won, but they only have one point on the All tab, and 3 (correctly) on the Away tab.
@EvieKingWrites EK - this prompted me to tweet a question I've been thinking about. I've got subscriptions to online services - how are they closed after death? Will they try and claim from PayPal or whatever, forever? Is there an easy single tool that can close everything at once?
@petepaphides There must be some value in promoting your product via football, even if the chance of securing revenue might be small. I remember seeing adverts for Rainham Steel for years, but that's not prompted me to buy a few beams from them. Up to now, anyway.
@pointlesslettrs Seen this before but never acknowledged how great and street-sounding "got rhyme" is in isolation. e.g. [artist] has got rhyme. May have bank that for future use when trying to compliment a freestyle rapper. Not exactly sure when that'd be, but still. Banked.
