Warner Bros has released the first trailer for The Cat in the Hat. Overall, this one does look pretty cute and fun and with its bright animation as well as the gags getting some laughs from me. Also, it looks way better than the 2003 film which is another plus. Eager to see it!

Also, “The whimsical Cat In The Hat gets pepper sprayed and then the camera shoots that surprisingly realistically” feels very much like Erica Rivinoja channeling her time on Clone High and I kinda love that.

I love how The Cat in the Hat goes from having the cel-shaded animation style of Nimona to having the familiar CG look of something like Ron’s Gone Wrong (while the cartoony animals look like they’re from The Garfield Movie)

#Nimona with an Oscar-worthy performance in this fun shot! There is such a breathtaking range of acting in this film, it was a great challenge to animate a brilliant voice record by Chloe Grace Moretz, helping to introduce Ballister to Nimona, behaving so purposefully chaotic ⚔️
