Hey @qatarairways & @qrsupport - I have QR flights that were booked via @British_Airways They are happy to refund/change them for me, however they say I need to speak to you first to get the seat reservation refunded first. I've been on hold for over an hour - any suggestions?

@British_Airways That's what I want to do... I have flights in July, my wife and I are on reward tickets having part-paid with avios, I booked my two teenage children on a separate ticket. In case there are any issues, I'd like to link them so staff are aware we're all together.

@QuickBooks @kelly391 @C_Flickerman04 @QuickBooksUK The error occurs when going through authentication from Spain. Once I authenticate via a VPN it works fine. You have a geolocation/geolocking issue, probably to do with cloudflare or something similar.

@kelly391 @QuickBooks @C_Flickerman04 If I try and log in as normal from Spain (where I am at the moment) I get the 403 error, if I sign in via a UK VPN, it lets me in. It seems @QuickBooks @QuickBooksUK is blocking login attempts from Spain which is very weird. People travel around the holidays, funnily enough!

@NatWest_Help are you aware of how infuriatingly inept "Cora" is? Trying to change my address and I can't even leave it in the background to wait for an agent, as it pings every second with the same message saying "don't close the window". Useless

@British_Airways I've not been able to get a mobile boarding card via your android app for my last 4 flights. Checked in fine and can download a PDF to print out but it won't issue one on the app. Please sort it out

@qrsupport if I part pay a Business Comfort flight with Avios, do I still get the two free changes? It says "provided the booking is not paid for with a voucher" so not sure if using Avios to part-pay counts as a voucher

@British_Airways I can see some flights are available with one of your One World partners (Qatar) but when I go to look for them on your website, they won't come up at all. Want to see if I can part-pay with Avios and don't want to move some over to Qpoints to book direct. Help?

@richardosman Just listened to the podcast episode where you're talking about AI taking over. Cannot recommend The Fear Index by Robert Harris enough. Great book on AI, trading, life, etc.
