Lifeboat legend John Hodder presents King's Coronation medals to 16 Lyme Regis crew who were gathered at @LymeRegisFC yesterday afternoon (13 October). Shortly after the medal presentation their pagers sounded to search for a missing fossil hunter.

The RNLI 200th Anniversary Garden Party was held on Thursday 23 May & was hosted by HRH The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, and HRH The Duke of Kent

Sam Ellis won an award at the crew Xmas party last night as the first crew member in Lyme & possibly the RNLI to become navigator of an inshore lifeboat. Sam also won the Crew’s Crew award. Long service medals were presented to Andy Butterfield, Elliott Herbert & Richard Beviss

Just after marching for Remembrance Sunday, at 11.58 crew received an ‘Immediate Launch’ from @HMCoastguard. Tasked to 2 dinghy sailors capsized off Lyme Regis

Crew rescued 1 sailor, recovered the 2nd from @LymeSailingClub safety boat & passed to @DSFireUpdates & @HMCGLymeRegis
