@CurrysServices a whole week ago customer service told me that they'd contact me to chase the problems that I've had with my delivery and still nothing. The customer service so far has been absolutely awful

@currys might have the worst customer service I've experienced. 5 times I've tried to get my delivery issues resolved now and still nothing. Staff ending chats with no warnings and failing to raise complaints when asked

@currys honestly sick to death of trying to resolve anything with the online chat function. Given a TNT tracking number that they have no knowledge of, no estimate for delivery, no information available, chat staff just close the chat as soon as you ask to raise a complaint
