Solely because of the customer service I’ve cancelled my vip membership and I’ll never buy from them again. Their CS actively lost me as a customer

@TfL something to feed back to the powers that be. Delays happen, but good information is paramount, lots of people plan their journeys around this. There are currently severe delays from Uxbridge to London on the Met line, but your boards quote a “good service” on this section
