@virginmedia What was the original fault? there’s talk of a severed line! Knowing the cause goes along way to appeasing the boss. Having a good idea of fix time (however long) rather than optimistic guess helps us manage work better. As we’re all WFH we’re no longer customers, were clients!

@virginmedia come on 24hrs without bband, tv or phone. Why? Did the exchange blow up, aliens attack HQ. We need an explanation and the service back ASAP. Question are being asked from colleagues as whether is a genuine outage or an excuse for a longer Christmas holiday.
