So this is the person who apparently advises the BC Greens on tech and data centres. They can't imagine more than one use for a DC (only LLMs) and clearly have never been in one. I do think LLMs will top out soon but that's not all that can be done with AI.

So let me get this straight: the federal and provincial governments are expanding natural gas production & shipping it around the world, but some Vancouver councillors think local residents shouldn’t be allowed to use natural gas in their own homes?

Apparently it’s perfectly fine to export it overseas — just don’t let Vancouver families heat their homes with it. How hypocritical is that? 🙃

@D3Vancouvers I've been 30 or 40 times now. Most of the customers seem to be business types and I don't see any ATM there. I'm not saying everyone has to go but I can grab a decent espresso on my way to work and that works for me.

@NairbD3 I'm amused by that and the staff aren't crypto types. Liberty is sloooow though so just be prepared. Their sourdough is good but pricey.
