@RMail_Dep Letter was sent from Leeds teaching hospital on the 30th, I know this as they had the forethought to text me that they'd sent the letter 2nd class and to get back to them after 2 weeks if not delivered. Its now actually 19 days and nothing received.

Leeds NHS teaching trust sent me an appointment letter on 30th July 2nd class regarding my surgery. It has still not arrived 18 days later. What are your new delivery targets for 2nd class mail please? Ps I live directly opposite a sorting office in Leeds.
