The Prime Minister will u-turn on just about anything except hammering farmers and taxing parents for choosing to invest in their children’s education. That’s because these policies are class-war stunts driven by spite and socialist ideology
A very nice 2nd year and 3rd year #advancedPARTRIDGEmix@OakbankGame on a farm on the Manhood peninsula near Chichester, UK, today @andygentle. If you want to create high-quality year-round farmland wildlife habitat, this is the way to do it.
I can't get that video of Starmer at the '23 NFU conference out of my head. I had perceived him as a decent man, one that was more likely than not to do the ‘right thing’ and stick to his principles. It really makes me wonder about a man than can deliver a speech with such ‘sincerity’, and then do the exact opposite when he becomes PM.
I never want to hear farmers say that Steve Reed & Daniel Zeichner actually seem like decent people who are forced to do things by Reeves and Starmer. They have lied to farmers repeatedly, to our faces. They are not decent people they are just good liars #SFI#IHT#familyfarms
1/2 Just thought i’d share this letter we received literally yesterday from Daniel Zeichner MP thanking us for everything we have done to shape the new sfi and reassuring us that the government is investing in the industry
He lied to farmers
He lied to students
He lied to pensioners
He lied to council taxpayers
He lied to WASPI women
He lied to energy bill payers
He lied to small business owners
Keir Starmer is the ultimate political snake oil salesman.
An era of trade wars is beginning, where tiny Britain is as likely to be hammered by its friends as its foes.
Only a completely incompetent government would continue to throttle domestic food production in this environment.

Whenever Keir Starmer is asked about taxing farmers or taking away pensioners' WFA, all we hear is "difficult decisions"
Difficult decisions like spending £50bn on foreign aid, loony Net Zero projects, and illegal migrants instead of putting the British people first?
F*ck off!
If Labour wants to improve the UK's economy, they should start by reversing their spiteful taxes on private schools and farmers. These taxes raise a pittance but send a clear message that the UK is a country that undermines hard work and aspiration.
I wonder how much coal the Chinese have burnt whilst I’ve been sitting on the floor picking through two bin bags full of wrapping paper, removing the sellotape before it goes in the recycling.
Today’s @Independent and @MailOnline
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a government produce a policy this badly constructed and then, rather than simply fix it, double down in such a self-harming way.
They do know this doesn’t stop, right?
