If a property developer is allowed to demolish most of Station Street (including The Electric) and replace it with a block of flats, then that's quite simply cultural vandalism.
We are dismayed to see the news of @ElectricBham closure. We understand that a developer intends to apply for planning permission to demolish most of Station St- except for the Grade II listed Old Rep Theatre - to make way 4 a fifty-storey tower

Hey @virginmedia, how do you justify killing your customers broadband connections for planned maintenance without informing them? And not updating your status pages to show this?
@virginmedia I'm sorry too, as 'TRY' isn't good enough. Do you have data on the which customer segment you inform? You have the processes in place to do this as routine. Been on the phone for over half an hour to make a complaint and was cut off so how do I escalate this?
