Anyone see that? Global health monitoring (@awscloud Route 53 and @TeamViewer monitoring) to some stuff in ZA started failing at 10:64 UTC and came back at 11:49, EU monitors seemed OK though. At the same time, a host on @googlecloud us-central saw timeouts to several ZA sites.
