@AscendinPenguin It's relatively quiet in terms of total traffic, but a tad calmer / saner than this place seemed to have become. Transfer speculation is amongst the most pointless human activities in my experience.
@lufcharryy@DanHutch04@LUFCTickets Thank you! Feel like a dummy for forgetting to log in. Have now got a ticket. I wonder if @LUFCTickets could ask their developers to add a prompt screen for that? I mean, I know we should remember, but in the stress of trying to get a ticket we can forget. I did! Cheers. #lufc
@LUFCTickets any idea when tickets for the Everton game go on sale? In fact, could you publish expected on-sale dates (and the dates for each phase) for every game on the website please? Even if you have to update them over the course of the season, it would be really helpful. Ta
@BritAthletics Would be great if you could post on your bluesky account too - I think there's a way to automate that. Would save those of us who aren't comfortable on this platform from having to use this site to get info.
Many thanks.
@BritAthletics@daryllneita@dinaashersmith It was great to be there last night to see Dina and Daryll in action. On my way to Stockholm now, hoping for more success there.
@LUFC@leedsutdacademy I thought the lads represented the club well last night in the National League Cup Final. Thought you (and they) might like these photos, taken just after the final whistle.
@JohnnyGiles@mattthebat92@MrPaulRobinson@elnufc Not sure. Will enquire. Maybe years ago, before she was a megastar.
In other news, Daniel Day-Lewis's half brother (?) was Eleanor's dad's best man.
Anyone got any more convoluted celeb connections than that?! #600degreesofseparation
@JohnnyGiles@mattthebat92@MrPaulRobinson@elnufc She was also in Alan Bleasdale's black comedy, "No Surrender", set in a grim Liverpool nightclub double booked on New Year's Eve by protestant and catholic parties.
@lufcstats@marcwebber I think it was just from the start of the 1981-'82 season, with the commencement of the sponsorship deal with the Milk Marketing Board. The first games were played on 1st September 1981. Does that help?
