@jslovechild I lived there in my 1st year as a student. I chose it for its proximity to the ground so I could be back from the match in time for final score.
@virginmedia it's proving impossible to get hold of a real person to either speak to or email to try and change the package I have. And impossible to change what is a really simple thing online. Please advise.

@MichaelRosenYes Tests test what you're supposed to know and if you think in the way tests want, and whether you can write and think in a given time. Sometimes you know what you're supposed to know, but you can't write it fast enough, so it looks like you don't know what you're supposed to know.
