@enterprisecares booked a car nearly a week in advance( Redditch Enterprise) as needed for important work meetings. Checked in the morning car still ok. Called at home , to be told car was on its way and would be with me in half hour. No car arrived !! Unprofessional and liars.

@MercedesUKTeam yes been in, tried a software update, no difference. Was advised to listen to FM instead ? Not the answer I was looking for?
