@benhabib6@Nigel_Farage This complete bellend, would rather risk a return to sectarian warfare starting again on the island of Ireland, rather than a pragmatic approach that attempts to reach across communities and borders, and works with the GFA. Another right-wing posh boy, who doesn’t care about NI.
@IanPark26807626@DaveWild1980 As an IFA, I would never expect an invested client to hold more tha 2.5% in cash (outside of cash funds) in an ISA. Most platforms have dividend reinvestment built in. And if people are disinvesting for event purposes, then they shouldn’t. Time in the market, not timing it.
@Spurs_Optimist@JohnCleese Fucking hell, it even says ‘Made with Grok Imagine’ at the bottom. Come on John, I thought you were supposed to be an intelligent and educated man.
@Spurs_Optimist I always hung on to FPTP, because I felt that it kept the extremes (both left and right) at bay. But as you say, we now have a truly multi-party system, hence my recent damascene conversion.
@Spurs_Optimist Absolutely, I think a coalition is nailed-on, whatever comes next. And it will lead to PR, I’m sure. Something I’ve only recently become a convert to, if I’m honest.
@Spurs_Optimist The problem with the 3-6 month window is that it means a likely Nov or Dec election, with the potential turnout issues. I could see him going for May next year, if he can get a decent poll bounce. But even then it means a likely rainbow coalition with the Lib Dem’s and Greens.
@BellaWallerstei So closures at an average of about 50 a year, which is less that the average closure rate since 2013? Yeah, they really smashed that sector. Ffs.
