There was a Jolene in my life once. And I too thought of my man: “He’s the only one for me… I could never love again.”
But The Eagles in Peaceful Easy Feeling got it right. A woman can’t take a man anywhere he doesn’t already know how to go.
So he went. And I was very sad for a long time. But I did find love again. Turned out he wasn’t the only one for me. I could and did love again.
Jolene is a beautiful song. But those of us who’ve had a Jolene - or a Joe! - in our life usually find out love can and does happen again. And it’s often much much better!
So here’s to all the people who found love again when they truly thought they never would!❤️❤️❤️

@RobTrueStories @ThePosieParker She did have support. She has numerous doctors, her children were in daycare part time, she also had a nanny and her parents. Her husband even worked from home to help......how much more support could she have had? Most women get nowhere near that 🤷.
