And when @KLM @KLM_UK decline your claim, they then block your email account from any sending any further contact...absolutely abysmal behaviour and service from a global airline. This is the correct email address also.
So despite KLM causing delays at @Schiphol, resulting in us missing our connecting flight to Manchester AND stating on their own notice boards that they will refund expenses...They have refused to pay compensation to us! I'm now happy to warn you all do not use @KLM @KLM_UK
@ellymeriwani I agree to a certain degree but @KLM certainly didn't help matters with their incompetent and rude ground staff, telling people to 'shut up'. Also no organisation and then having to queue a further 5 hours to rebook a flight that they could only find 2 days later.
