@GWRHelp Not really, sorry. Folk are stuck on a train because the doors can't open. There's other trains pulling into the platform and we can't get onto them. Your driver has also forgotten about telling everyone what's happening.
@British_Airways I've done that and had no response.....apart from getting a questionnaire asking me how well you're doing. Not very well it seems. No bags still.
@British_Airways congratulations. It takes a lot of effort to delay a flight for 3 hours & not have 90% of your customers bags on that flight. My family and I hope to be reunited with baggage quickly. Let me know where I need to issue complaints & how I check when I'll get them
Unfortunately the air tag that is in the bag shows that the bags haven't moved since we dropped it off. Sort yourselves out, you're an absolute shambles.

@AudiUK I have sent 4 emails to your Reading team and a web enquiry regarding the purchase of a new car. I'm an existing Audi customer yet have had no response, any reason why that would be the case?
