Agronomist Peter Richardson helped pupils at Stranraer Academy doing their National 5 Rural course to understand crop production systems in the UK. The students sowed winter crops - OSR, winter barley & winter wheat, and will see them going through the growth stages next spring.
Katie joined Agrovista 6 years ago after graduating from Pershore College with a degree in horticultural crop production. After completing BASIS, she started working with veg and potato growers 4 years ago. "It’s challenging covering so many different crops but it’s great fun!"
