I've made myself a latte every single morning for the last 2 years, and these are of my stronger attempts at latte art. I think I'll start posting them here sometimes if that's ok with you

Yes, that's exactly right. You hit the nail on the head. We want so many landlords to go broke that it's no longer considered an economically viabe career path. There should not be a middleman for basic shelter, and if there is then it shouldn't be lucrative.
If it costs $10,000 to fix an apartment's problems, but the rent is $1000, and $900 of that covers costs and taxes, that only leaves $100 a month to cover the $10,000. It'll take 100 months, or 8 years. And that's assuming no new expenses pop up.
You want landlords to go broke.
Bring in the military doesn't make you a good person. In fact, tons of objectively BAD people volunteer to join the military. Not everyone in the military is bad, but some of the worst dudes I've ever known joined up specifically bc they wanted to kill people.
Really loving these videos of European and Asian folks trying different American food for the first time. Texas bbq, biscuits and gravy, Chicago dogs, Philly Cheesesteak, stuff like that. Best trend in a while imo
You guys know you don't have to use @Airbnb right? It's riddled with hidden fees, asshole property owners, deceptive property listings, and on top of all that they might just snatch your money and leave you stranded, and there's nothing you can do. Get a hotel
so @Airbnb let me get this straight
we pay $1100 to stay at an airbnb, they then hold the keys hostage until 9pm for check in, only for them to tell me they won’t give us the keys until we pay for an authorization hold, that would be £1,100.
we realize that it’s against airbnb TOS, we report it, and one of your representatives TELLS us that he is “withholding the keynest details until an offsite hold is authorized”
they said they would help us and we have been waiting for 15 hours, we had to get an emergency hotel for £100, and haven’t gotten a response back for accommodation this week.
I've found that a light dusting of cocoa powder on top of the espresso shot before I pour the foamed milk in is a cool way to elevate the flavor and look without adding any sweetener. Not too much, just a couple taps on the shaker.
