@Moto_Support I am frustrated that I've had no response to my request to return a product. I raised a ticket using the online portal on Friday and since then have had no reply. I also raised a follow-up after using the WhatsApp chat support and again no response. Please help!

@thisislawton @PauletteHamilto @CommonsHealth It is so important the public and other MDT staff are aware of the differences in training between a pharmacist and a technician - I agree, many are blurring the lines, leaving it to employers to make sure they are practicing safely
