@SouthwestAir 2/2 so now you just plan on keeping our money? This is by far the absolute biggest load of garbage. We have been loyal customers for decades. Unless you make this right, we will deplete our points and be done with your airline.
@SouthwestAir your new travel policies are horrendous. We had to cancel our flights for 12/13 due to the fact I’m having brain surgery on 12/3. We were looking to rebook our trip for July and now the funds we had used for the December trip will be expired for our July trip. 1/2

✔️Illinois became the first state to legislatively require coverage of FDA-approved Alzheimer’s treatments and diagnostics in the state’s employee health plan.
✔️The State’s Department of Public Health awarded a $500,000 grant in state funding to improve brain health and increase early detection and diagnosis.
✔️All state regulated health insurance plans are required to cover FDA-approved treatments that slow the progression of Alzheimer’s.
Advocates from @ALZIMPACT will be on Capital Hill next week! @RepMaryMiller while I am not able to join them, I want to amplify the voice of my fellow constituent Laura as she urges your support of Alzheimer’s policies. #AlzForum#ENDALZ
