My modem crapped out after 10 years. I called #spectrum, and they scheduled a next day appt (😳) with a 1 HOUR window (😮) and the tech showed up on time and replaced the modem and was in and out before 8AM (🤯!!). Never thought I’d say this but THANK YOU SPECTRUM!
