I just tried to convince myself that the dryer shrunk my shirt. It’s not me gaining weight, it’s the dryer, for sure. Admin sometimes try to convince themselves that climate & culture problems are not their fault, it’s everyone else, for sure. Focus on climate & culture for 2020!
