For the last 12 years, I have lived across different parts of the world.

- I have seen westerners scamming tourists.
- British people drinking and driving.
- And, racist Japanese people.

Everyone is flawed.

Unfortunately, mostly it is Indians who get a bad name due for their poor civic sense.

And, that is wrong. Indians are extremely helpful people. The only thing is that we are governed by loons.

If rules were enforced. And laws worked, even Indians would exhibit almost the same civic sense that is found across most countries.
