Anyone knows how to report this type of unethical behaviour to the consumer courts (or equivalent) here in the US. No airline should get away with such behaviour.

@AmericanAir Stop cheating your customers. AA2008 on Jan 17 gets cancelled. The counter guy tells us no flight available the next day, our hotel inventory is over, so the airlines will reimburse us up to $200 for hotel. Only to learn from customer care that we will not reimburse.
