@letsblinkit since the last few orders, I’ve received incorrect, inferior, low priced items and there is no way I get a reply on chat support or on email and one standard reply - ‘chat support hampered due to surges in queries’. This is open looting.

[Angana G Barua @anganagbarua]

@help_delhivery I sent two packages to two different places with address written in bold. Even then the packages were exchanged and delivered wrongly. Now I will need to again ship these! Need a quick response AWB2827721385522 and AWB2827721385662.

[Angana G Barua @anganagbarua]

@help_delhivery this is for tracking ID - 13371017302425, the delivery has not been attempted and the address is correct. We get items delivered here all the time. Yet again, another excuse!! Please look into the matter.

[Angana G Barua @anganagbarua]

Exactly my point, how can it be delivered with pin when I have not provided it or shared with anyone?? Please do investigate and let me know how is something like this possible?

[Angana G Barua @anganagbarua]

@help_delhivery We are tired of reaching out to your email support for a lost courier which says it's delivered. We haven’t given any pin. It’s a handmade baby product. It's an emotional loss too. Requesting attention and support. AWB - (2827715980391).

@help_delhivery There are perishable items in it and until now there’s no sign of the package. Absolutely not done. It’s already two days late. Not acceptable.

[Angana G Barua @anganagbarua]

@delhivery @help_delhivery we opted for express delivery - Not only do you guys reply with automated answers on WhatsApp, your phone no. never seems to work. Horrible service after paying for express! Plz look into this - 2827710357103

@PizzaHut_SG even in times like this, wasn’t expecting you to stoop so low. Ordered two regular pizzas and instead we got two PERSONAL PIZZAS cut in six pieces. This is cheating, wasn’t expected - especially when the order is for college students. #shame
