@paulinenjoroge I went to a hospital and they told me to first go to a dispensary and start from there to get a referral letter. It was a very small issue. I got angry and decided to pay for private services. I decided I won’t pay for that thing called SHA or CHIEF or SHIF or whatever it is.

@KabarakFinest01 Roads in Kakamega and western in general are in good condition. Last week I was in Meru and and isiolo and those roads from Makutano junction - Embu - Chuka - Chogoria-Nkubu- Meru are not in very good condition compared to roads in western.
