अभी बुख़ारों का मौसम चल रहा है।

कई बार बुख़ार आते ही लोग घबरा कर ख़ुद से तरह तरह के जाँच करा लेते हैं जिससे बेवजह पैसे की बर्बादी होती है।
ज़्यादातर मौसमी बुख़ार ख़ुद से ही 2-3 दिनों में ठीक हो जाते हैं।

क्या करें अगर बुख़ार आए
1) ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा आराम करें
2) बुख़ार आने पर पैरासिटमोल की गोली लें
3) ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा पेय पदार्थ लें
4) सुपाच्य भोजन लें।
ये एक ग़लत अवधारणा है की बुख़ार में चावल या अंडा नहीं ख़ाना चाहिये। आप बिलकुल ले सकते हैं।

5) पीने का पानी उबाल कर फिर ठंढा कर के पियें।
6) गरम पानी में नमक डाल कर gargle करें
7) ORS घोल का उपयोग करें

❌कब हो जायें सतर्क और तुरंत लें चिकित्सकीय परामर्श ?❌
1) अगर आप पहले से ही अन्य बीमारी से ग्रसित हैं
2) अगर दवाई से भी बुख़ार कम ना हो या 3 दिनों के बाद भी बुख़ार आये
3) बुख़ार के साथ साथ पेट दर्द, डायरिया जैसे लक्षण हों
4) शरीर पे लाल धब्बे जैसे निशान आ जाएँ।

ऐसी परिस्थिति में अपने नज़दीकी चिकित्सक से मिल कर दिखाएं।
