@EE It was broadband and I called at 8.03, and a few times after 9am. Finally got through by calling the cancellation team as I'm within 14 days.

@bt_uk at the end of my contract and leaving BT purely because of the ridiculously hard sell (and quite frankly incorrect info) from the sales rep. Some training needed there I think.

@Chillysbottles the clear rubber ring in the cap of my new style chillys bottle keeps coming off, so the bottle isn't leak proof. The ring has started to tear. This isn't happening on other branded (cheaper) bottles I've bought. Please send me replacement rings or contact me.

@UKGap gap in Brent Cross doesn't take online returns. Given this is opposite to the T&Cs I'd have expected the staff not to be rude to me!! Very poor service received.
