Stop flirting with waitresses when you go out. Don’t try to sleep with your insurance agent just to buy a policy from her. Buy the policy and let her do her job. Don’t ask female ushers for their phone numbers while they’re working. Stop harassing female vendors online. And remember, flight attendants are not there for hookups.

These women are simply trying to earn a living. If their goal was to trade sex for money, they wouldn’t have taken these jobs in the first place.

The worst part is that they can’t even respond firmly to inappropriate behavior because they risk getting fired. So don’t pressure them or try to lure them. Just be decent.
