The mischaracterisation of “omo ita” as “agbero” needs to stop. These are area boys and miscreants “omo ita” not “agberos”. Agberos are those who boys who help public buses to load passengers to their vehicles and get paid a fee and collect union’s money from public bus drivers at different stops.

They are legit/legal hustlers who get paid either by their unions or through privately earned income from public buses. You almost never see them having anything to do with private car owners.

They are different from “omo ita” those bad/area boys that you see extorting both private and public bus drivers. They steal, harass and constitute nuisance in public places and most of them are homeless belonging to one cultist group or another. They are the ones you are seeing in this video and many others.
