@MindCharity advice 4 coping with stress from unfair fines?
@TfL say they sent PCN - I only got CC (also late). Sent evidence by post. They won’t accept it without “proof” that PCN didn’t come.
How can I prove a negative? The stress is worsening my MH issues; not slept in days.

@TfL As for completing the representation section of the PCN - I never received the PCN so I can’t do that. The first time I received anything was a charge certificate for nearly £300 for a first time crossing I was sure I’d paid for. It’s insane.

… for a tunnel fee I thought I’d paid on your confusing @tfl site and there is no info on the PCN on what to do if your website continues not to work. You can’t fine people when your site constantly has bugs. It’s not fair.

@TfL I used the link above and following advice from Cust Serv (I called) who said the site is fully working and it was a problem my end, I tried a different device but still getting error messages.

I am disabled with no printer. I will be able to get this sent but need more time.

After 7 hrs of waiting, I was told I was next. Then the PCs went down and it took 12 in total to be seen. That was a quiet midweek night compared to how I’ve seen it.

This has included patients over 80 and on one occasion a patient with dementia who kept ripping out her IV etc and it was left to us other patients to look after and keep her calm. 2/2
