Haven’t flown @FlyFrontier in over 5 years. Now I remember why. Gate staff at PHL was incredibly rude. I was halfway down tunnel to the plane and was told to stop and come back. They charged $99 one way for my bag even though it fit in their measurement box. #neveragain #frontier
