@garyholc @Exeter_Hour Why are you so keen to underplay the role of excessive speed? Let's get the potholes fixed, but let's not pretend that potholes are the major cause of accidents. Are you really arguing (in the face of those awful stats) that we shouldn't enforce speed limits?

@garyholc @Exeter_Hour You aren't even reporting what you have pasted correctly. Exceedijg the speed limit was involved in nearly 20% of fatalities, for travelling too fast for the conditions it was 28%
