🚨NEWS: Peter Lynch killed himself after being accused of racist comments an inquest jury has found

The 61 year old was jailed for two years and eight months over disorder outside an asylum hotel in Rotherham

He was reported for comments about immigration two days before his death

He was waiting for an adjudication by the prison governor

The jury said his belief that he was defenceless led him to take the action that he did

He died at HMP Moorland in October 2024

The inquest jury found the information provided verbally to Peter Lynch before the adjudication papers were served was sufficient.

The coroner noted concern about the amount of information given to prisoners about being reported for adjudication before lockdown but said the prison has since addressed the issue with a new system.

No individual officer or staff member was held to blame in the reported findings.

They literally scared this poor man to death over hurty words, it takes a lot to upset me and reading the inquest report has me angry and upset for this man i never knew but would have likely got on with, just a normal bloke angry at what happened like the rest of us.

He never should have been in prison, this is on Keir Starmer.

I've just driven back to Nottingham from Lee on the Solent, every so often Id look at the dashboard and see how long a mile took, not via the speedometer, just how long it actually felt, I tried to imagine being dragged behind as he was for that length of time, on rough roads, I felt sick.

The people that did that to a serving police officer, who showed no remorse, who laughed at the media are being let out of Prison what 7/8 years afterwards, let that sink in.

We are seeking to locate Lily-May, 13, who is reported missing from Littlehampton.

Lily-May was last seen at 9pm on Thursday 29 July.

Lily is 4’ 11” with straight long blonde hair. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a light blue strap top and white Nike socks.

We are concerned for Lily-May's welfare. It is out of character for her to go missing.

She was last seen at Reigate train station around 1pm 30th July
She's described as 5ft 1 inches in height with dyed red hair . She was wearing a black jumper with a turtle on, white shorts and trainers.
She has links to Reigate and Banstead and will be travelling on foot possibly with another girl of a similar age who has also been reported missing .

🚨 DISGRACEFUL: In a shocking case from Nottinghamshire, a woman who had just alleged she was gang-raped was arrested for breaching the peace — because she was screaming too loudly.

Officers responded to a disturbance at a flat in Nottingham city centre in January 2025. The woman told them she had been raped by multiple men present, but instead of properly investigating or recording her allegation, they arrested her for breaching the peace.

Six Nottinghamshire Police officers were later found guilty of gross misconduct for failing to handle the rape claim adequately. Two were dismissed, and others would have been sacked had they not already resigned.

The police in this country are a joke.

To all the Supermarkets and big commercial stores that operate 'Self Check-outs'....... You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now. Yesterday I went shopping at one such store and the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone.
I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my trolly, emptied my trolly and scanned the items, refilled my trolly and so I just skipped the exit line and left.
I heard her saying "Umm - Excuse me “ as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be.
• I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.
• If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine.
• Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities.
