@virginmedia hi virgin media, so today I can no long watch the sky sports app or log into my virgin media app. I’ve tried to link the account but it get stuck and goes round in a loop. I’m a virgin customer and have been for 25 years. When will this be resolved?

@virginmedia A set top and router. Your courier was supposed to deliver last Saturday and I am still waiting. They now tell me it has been returned to sender but I get nowhere when I ring customer service to find out what’s going on

@virginmedia been on hold tonight for 20 mins trying to ask why my broadband isn’t working - they disconnected the call without speaking to me. You still haven’t responded to my complaint for the same thing 3 months ago
