Thanks @LucinaUddin for the shoutout to @Neuro_Desk in this great article about democratizing neuroimaging analysis! It's really exciting to see platforms like Neurodesk and @BrainLifeio already making an impact by making neuroimaigng analysis more accessible and reproducible.
The "Behind the Paper" blog post describing why and how we built Neurodesk is out now. Delve into the story behind https://t.co/1kXAcOOMRi - the challenges, the breakthroughs, and the solutions we developed for reproducible Neuroimaging. 👉https://t.co/LICOHZGg5X.
.@Neuro_Desk is a platform for analyzing human neuroimaging data. Its numerous containerized tools ensure reproducibility and portability.

Our @Neuro_Desk paper just dropped in @naturemethods! Neurodesk allows researchers to access a huge suite of containerised software to perform fully reproducible analyses *anywhere* without installing software locally. I think that's pretty revolutionary: https://t.co/i8wpSpsdpR
So thilled to announce that the preprint for the @Neuro_Desk paper is now live! It's been such an honour to get to work with all the stupendously talented people on this project and to be a part of sharing this incredibly powerful tool. Check it out here: https://t.co/9oyUpbXJJs
@tonyoramos1 We actually used a machine learning classifier trained to classify the attended spatial location or feature - using steady-state visual evoked potentials as the features. Let me know if you want to know more about our approach :)
I spent this week at Yale attending the #rtFIN2022 (real-time functional imaging and neurofeedback) conference! My first international conference and poster since 2019 was absolutely worth the trip! So many fascinating people, talks, and workshops.
Our data descriptor was just published with @ScientificData🥳. The paper describes an open-source dataset and repository of Matlab code designed to help researchers classify feature-based attention using single-trial EEG data: https://t.co/KO8vKJdVot

We have just published a review paper in @TrendsCognSci on how people change their mind. Have a look at it here https://t.co/hioVAt3qJq
To me, the most interesting fact is that people are loathe to change their mind, even though changing mind improves accuracy.
I’m excited to announce a world first. At 7pm ET today (~5 hours) Phillip O’Keefe, who had a Synchron Brain Computer Interface implanted in April 2020 will take over my Twitter account for 30 mins. He will use the BCI to tweet answers to your questions: directly from his brain.
This @ScienceMagazine perspective on "Promoting an open research culture" sitting behind a pay-wall is an all-new level of irony! 😔@projectFOK https://t.co/MLSsrUtBEO
