Our “home away from home” @arubamarriott has had some executive leadership changes. Some new policies that don’t aling with the hospitality we’ve grown accustomed to here. Sadly, it looks like this will be our last stay here. Time to move on. Very sad. #bonvoyed for the last time

@united I’m at IAD this morning traveling on UA 1203 to AUA. Apparently agents here are completely unaware of the new #travelready rollout. My documents were uploaded as instructed on the United Airlines site and the agents had no idea what I was referencing. Disappointed!
