@bonvoy Promotes it’s rewards program as second to none however I continue to have to email and call customer service to resolve missing points issues. I currently have three outstanding cases😡and struggling to get resolution!! It’s not rocket science @MarriottBonvoy !!

@united I’m at IAD this morning traveling on UA 1203 to AUA. Apparently agents here are completely unaware of the new #travelready rollout. My documents were uploaded as instructed on the United Airlines site and the agents had no idea what I was referencing. Disappointed!
