बंगाल में लोकल रेल नेटवर्क काफी मजबूत है। बिहार इस मामले में 50 वर्ष पीछे है फिर भी सवाल? हम भविष्य की कल्पना तो छोड़ ही दें, वर्तमान में भी नहीं हैं। वर्तमान से दशकों पीछे भूतकाल में हैं।

बिहपुर विधायक @Ershailendrabjp जी को एक सलाह होगी कि वे अकेले इस मुद्दे को उठाने के बजाय भागलपुर और बांका के सभी 12 विधायकों की लॉबी बनाकर मांग करें।

हालांकि इस रेल पुल से भीमनगर-भागलपुर नई रेललाइन का रास्ता भी साफ़ होगा और सुपौल, सहरसा व मधेपुरा सीधे झारखंड से जुड़ जाएंगे।

माननीय @Ershailendrabjp जी भी मंत्री बनने के बाद भूल गए कि बिहपुर से भागलपुर रेल पुल उनकी ही मांग रही है।

उन्हें भागलपुर के बाएं छोर पर बिहपुर - नाथनगर रेल सह सड़क पुल बने, इसे लेकर अपनी सारी क्षमता लगा देनी चाहिए।

Rail cum road bridge between bihpur and nathnagar (Bhagalpur) should be constructed for overall development of area. This will reduce the travel time from 2 hours to 20 minutes.

कहलगाँव विक्रमशिला महाविहार के पीछे जंगली स्थान में भी शुरुआती खुदाई में स्तूप तथा स्थापत्य दिखा था। पूरा जंगली स्थान जमीन से 20-25 मीटर ऊंची है । संभवतः वर्तमान के विक्रमशिला महाविहार से भी बड़ा स्थापत्य है। निकलना शुरू भी हुआ किंतु फिर उसे मिट्टी से ढक दिया गया।

Bhagalpur Junction is the highest revenue-generating station in the entire Malda Railway Division and the third major railway station in the Eastern Railway zone after Howrah and Sealdah.

It handles over 100 pairs of express trains and massive passenger crowds daily, making it one of the busiest railway loops in Bihar.

Managing such a massive economic powerhouse from Malda (West Bengal) creates unnecessary administrative delays for Bihar's infrastructure projects.
​The announcement for a Bhagalpur Railway Division was envisioned years ago, yet it remains stuck on paper while cities with much less revenue generation are upgraded to divisional headquarters.

​✊ OUR DEMAND:
​If Rayagada can get a new division for better operations, Bhagalpur deserves it tenfold. We demand that the Ministry of Railways immediately clear the roadblocks and formally establish the Bhagalpur Railway Division to give "Anga Pradesh" the infrastructure, facilities, and respect it rightfully earns.
