@SteamySnuggler@dark_aro It is a last resort if the artist refuse to cooperate or have any other problem.
In this case, the artist is willing to cooperate and wait for the client to respond. The client could just ask first.
@mariana_zera@_Cosmic_Rain_ Would you also say, "hey artist the way you hold the pen is bad, or the brush you use is wrong" for this problem??
You just need to say please delete these overlapping lines and lace??
@mariana_zera@_Cosmic_Rain_ With this logic, every client that order design, food, etc should never complain if anything is wrong. Even though the chef gave you the wrong food or the designer gave wrong design. Bcs ofc the chef and designer knows better!!
@bnngirl@Almatheunicorn If there is no fee for revision, many client would ask for revision many times and ofc it'll be bad on artist side. That's why there are major and minor revision rule.
The one that client point out is some mistake that could be deleted in few mins if only the client communicate
@bnngirl@Almatheunicorn I'm telling you their point abt revision is very normal. All other artist also put charge for revision (usually they give few chances for revision )
The one the client complaint abt is micro mistake that just count as refinement, not revision (like changing pose etc)
@monusete Also why do you think there is revision in commission? Why people differentiate normal commission with skeb/surprise me? The difference lies on the revision part.
How revision works? The client ask artists to fix things that they want to fix! Hope that helps ^^ 💕
@monusete Yeah you're the same type of person as the client. Art is meant to seen as a whole, the whole art looks very beautiful. Giving 2 star just bcs micro mistake without even try to communicate first is how a person with no emotional intelligence act.
@monusete Know their convo from the client's friend post. The client friend keep complaining abt the micro mistakes so it's safe to assume the main problem
@monusete If it's very big mistake and the artist refuse to fix it sure then it's justified to leave bad review.
For this case, it's mistake that need very zooming in and the client didn't mention anything abt it (only ask to fix other thing)
Yes we didn't know the full chat but we did
@Roger72703054@MayoiK1@Almatheunicorn Doing payment is just clicking some buttons. Drawing is a whole different process. Is it so hard to be human with empathy? As simple as " Hello i notice some tiny mistakes, could you fix it? " Instead of giving bad ratings and could possibly make the artist have less comm
