@duolingo how do you screw up your onboarding process so completely? This should be exhibit A for every developer on what not to do. I have never been this frustrated trying to sign up for something.
@duolingo My wife just signed up for a family plan. It keeps looping, telling me to sign in with another account when I put my email address in. I used a different email, then it tells me I have “super” and to login with another account. Did your devs test anything? This is 🤡🗑
I now have two accounts; one is brand new. It also claims I’m on “super” and to sign in with a “free” account to sign up for the family plan. I have never seen such absolute garbage. I guess I’m done with your service before I even started. 🤷♂️
