@Independent Thanks for writing this James. Our experiences where exactly the same as yours - now a year after our install, the system is faulty and I've had *7* no-shows from GET engineers who were supposed to turn up. The zero phone calls is what gets me. Not a single "we're sorry".

So @GET_UK_solar, yesterday was the 7th appt your engineers failed to show up for to look at a faulty installation that's been out since July. Never had a single call to say they aren't coming. I've had to sit on the phone for ~ 1hr to rebook. Each time assured they *will* come.

@nickpatience Congratulations! I started a couple of years ago with Parkrun and was running 5K virtually every during lockdown. Screwed up my Achilles now though and have had to stop for 2 months. Getting old :)
