@Se_Railway The way you've handled this has been appalling. Over 90 mins sat on a train. The train went through hither green why couldn't it stop there? How will you compensate passengers?

Absolute shambles from @AvantiWestCoast - train now an hour delayed, just sat at Preston late at night with no information and terrible communication. At least treat passengers like human beings and let them know what's going on!
