Thanks @chilternrailway for making my just turned 16 yo child cry coz I’d pressed the child ticket when ordering as am partially sighted. And the £120 fine. With a bus service at the weekend. Way to go customer service.

@virginmedia well thanks. Waited 4.5 months to be told can’t install service. Lived with a 4G dongle all that time. Fobbed off every month with “permissions needed” to extend fibre 3m along pavement. #useless

@msPartner @mspartnersuk your “modernised support experience” is hopeless. Been a partner for 20 years, changed my address and have had verification rejected for not being able to prove my domain ownership! You’ve had it for 20 years! Support tickets are ignored. Please help!
