@DanielPriestley In the UK if you earn £130k my average tax rate is 32% and marginal tax rate is 43% - you’d only be paying 60% effective over the 100k threshold so top up your pension is the usual advice, this is on a par with the US except we don’t have to pay separate health insurance.
